All I will say is that it is better if you discover your passion early in life and there should be career transition specialists to facilitate a quick transfer if a person makes a mistake. Knowing your passion itself can be quite tough. The education system should be geared towards helping people find their vocation and calling in life instead of blindly stuffing facts.
