It may be easy to glance over quickly, but at the top of this website is a line that states, “The Map To Unleashing Your Personal Energy & Living Your Dreams”. While many of these posts deal directly with your health and personal energy, my question is where is that energy being focused and directed? If you could wake up with twice or even ten times as much energy, clarity and drive, than ever before…how would you use that energy?

I feel that I can strongly say “watching more tv” didn’t enter the picture for most of you. Why? Because that’s not your drive. When you reach a level where you’ve got a reliable, steady stream of energy all day, every day, you eventually turn to yourself and pose a question: “What’s my purpose? What Do You Do For Your Energy?

I just finished reading a great article about mood and energy, and how much your energy levels can affect your mood, self-esteem, and accordingly all of your thoughts, words and actions. When we’re vibrant and full of energy, feeling good comes naturally and it’s easy to get in that workout, eat right and smile all day at work while you get things done. But when we don’t have energy? It may be harder to find yourself in a good mood, and a lot easier to reach for emotional comforts in the way of food, tv or anything else.

Through optimal nutrition, it’s possible to get to a state where you naturally enjoy boundless energy and high moods – all the time. Instead of covering that here, I’m working on a 3-part video series that’ll go over that topic in the context of how to never get sick again. You know those times where you just feel more tired and run down in the late afternoon? What if you started studying the clock of your own personal energy? If you knew when you’d naturally be at your peak energy levels and when you’d be feeling less optimistic? There’s a lot to be said for understanding your body’s energy clock – and taking full advantage of it!
